Vegan lentil burger with fried onions and sour cream

For the sour cream
Description
Finely chop the chives and garlic and mix with the vegan yoghurt, quark and spices. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut the onion into rings and sauté in sunflower oil in a pan. Once the onions have become glazed, add the sugar and caramelise the onion rings. Cook the lentil patties in a grill pan or on the grill according to the packet instructions. Toast the brioche buns on the grill. Spread the vegan sour cream on the buns. Place the lentil patty on the bun and top with lettuce, tomatoes and caramelised onions.
