For the herb marinade
Description
Cut the grilled GAZİ tofu into four pieces. Cut the mushrooms in half. Cut the corn into slices about 2-3 cm thick and cut in half. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions and cut into eighths. Finely chop the herbs and mix with the remaining ingredients for the marinade. Thread the vegetables and tofu onto skewers, alternating them as you wish. Using a brush, coat the skewers with the marinade. Grill the skewers on all sides in a hot grill pan or on the grill until the vegetables are cooked and golden brown.
