Description
Cook the orzo pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika and lime zest and fry in butter. Mix together the lime juice, cream cheese and spices to make a dressing. Finely dice the shallot and cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into small pieces. Rinse the chickpeas and wash and shred the cos lettuce. Use the orzo pasta and the cos lettuce as the base of the bowl. Slice the chicken breast into strips and place in the bowl. Top with the vegetables and sheep’s milk cheese. Finally, drizzle with the dressing.
