- fresh pitta bread to serve
Description
Melt the butter in a copper pan. Add the polenta and mix well. Gradually add the water, stirring constantly to prevent any lumps from forming. Leave to simmer for five minutes, until the fat rises to the top. Gradually stir in the cheese and wait until it has melted. Then serve hot with the bread.
