Traditionally made in Cyprus, our Halloumi is a speciality cheese made from cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk. As a result of its elaborate production method, which stops the ripening process, the cheese squeaks when you chew it – a clear sign of its originality. The cheese is sprinkled with salt and mint, giving it a particularly aromatic flavour. Halloumi is a delicious alternative to meat and can be prepared in a wide variety of ways, as it holds its shape when baked, fried or grilled thanks to its consistency.
