Description

Mix the water, flour, eggs, oil and salt to form a smooth batter. Cut the courgette and pepper into pieces and fry in a pan. Slice the Sucuk sausage and brown until crisp. In a hot pan, cook the crêpe in hot oil one at a time. Spread Krem Kaymak in the centre of each crêpe. Top with the pointed pepper and courgette. Crumble Ezine Lezzeti over the top. Add a couple of slices of Sucuk sausage and season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Fold the Börek crêpes and fry them in a pan until golden on the outside.
