Our organic halloumi is produced in Cyprus using traditional methods and well-established artisanal skills. The recipe, which combines cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk, is what gives this cheese its authentic character. The subtle addition of mint delivers a fresh, mild flavour, rounded off by a pleasant salty note. Thanks to its firm consistency, halloumi always retains its shape when baked, fried or grilled.
