Strawberry and arugula salad with cheese duo

- 2-3tbsp
- roasted pine nuts
- 1tbsp
- Olive oil
- 1tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1tsp
- Honey
- Salt, pepper
- fresh basil
Yapılışı
First, wash and spin dry the arugula. Halve or quarter the strawberries, depending on their size, and cut the shepherd's cheese into small cubes. Grill the cheese until golden brown, then dice it.
For the dressing, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, basil, salt, and pepper together. Arrange the arugula and strawberries in a bowl, then top with the goat cheese and grilled cheese. Finally, pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with toasted pine nuts.
