YOU CAN ALSO USE ANY OTHER TYPE OF GRILLED CHEESE FOR THIS RECIPE -
THERE'S SOMETHING FOR EVERY TASTE!
1 small onion, roughly chopped 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped 10 dried tomatoes, roughly chopped 200 g GAZİ Sürme cream cheese 3 tbsp tomato purée 2 tbsp olive oil rosemary salt, ground black pepper 2 GAZİ Organic Grill and Pan Cheese Natural 1 aubergine, cut into strips 4 slices fresh bread fresh rocket
1. Mix the onion, garlic and dried tomatoes in a high bowl with the Sürme cream cheese and blend with a hand blender.
2. Add the tomato purée, olive oil, rosemary, salt and ground black pepper and mix well.
3. Prepare the Grill and Pan Cheese in a grill pan and then set aside.
4. Grill the aubergine in the same pan. Set aside.
5. Brush each side of the bread slices with olive oil and toast in the grill pan.
6. Cut each slice of bread in half and top one half with a slice of Grill and Pan Cheese and some strips of aubergine. Spread with the cream cheese mixture and add the fresh rocket.
7. Cover with the other half of bread and grill on both sides for a minute or two.
